Collaborative and holistic workshops

I co-create workshops tailored to the needs of sustainability scientists, people, and organizations dedicating their private and work life to the promotion of human and natural well-being. In case of interest, please reach out to me. Let’s find out collaboratively what your core needs are and how a holistic approach, i.e. verbal, embodied, and creative techniques, can facilitate your endeavor to transform society sustainably. In the past, workshops have taken place in Germany and Hungary, were held in German and English, and lasted from 30 minutes to three hours, depending on the groups’ need. I consider myself a global creator of spaces, willing to travel to the place(s) of your need, if I can get there by walking, biking, or train.

Your investment

Your investment in yourself in the context of a one-on-one session, your participation in a workshop or TRE® group depends on your monthly net income.

Enrich and deepen: One-on-one sessions (75 min)

Your monthly net income is

lower than €1,000, you invest €60.
higher than €1,000 and lower than €3,000, you invest €80.
higher than €3,000, you invest €100.

Discover: A series of introductory TRE® workshops ( 3 x 90 min)

Your monthly net income is

lower than €1,000, you invest €30 per session, 90€ for the whole series.
higher than €1,000 and lower than €3,000, you invest €40 per session, 120€ for the whole series.
higher than €3,000, you invest €50 per session, 150€ for the whole series.

Unfold: a TRE® group experience for women (4 x2 hours)

Your monthly net income is

lower than €1,000, you invest €80, i.e. €20 per session.
higher than €1,000 and lower than €3,000, you invest €100, i.e. €25 per session.
higher than €3,000, you invest €120, i.e. €30 per session.

Friends’ deal: Bring your friend and yourself, and I will offer both of you a discount of €10. Hence, you will have a total of €20 to spend on yourselves, e.g. your next tea ceremony before the next session unfolds.

Why do I offer an investment scheme?

It’s a core wish of mine to make sessions and workshops accessible and therefore also affordable for all, independent of monetary capacity. Unfortunately, health insurances do not cover TRE® sessions or sessions following the Pantarei Approach.
That’s why, I offer a relational investment scheme based on your monthly net income. I hope those in need appreciate it. I can offer this relational investment scheme only as long as people seeing me for sessions are honest about their investment. I deeply trust you to choose your “investment” according to your net income and won’t ask for your monthly net income at any time. I guarantee my high-quality guidance to you, independent of your financial resources. If you have questions and/or unsure about your monetary investment, please don’t hesitate to contact me. I give reference levels of investments for group workshops upon request.

How do you register and invest?

Please pay one-on-one session in cash, when we see each other for our session.
Your participation in TRE® workshops or TRE® group respectively requires pre-payment. If you want to participate, get in touch with me via email. I will send you the registration details including my bank account and reserve you a spot for seven days. Your registration will be successful, if you transfer your investment through bank transfer within seven days after receiving my email.
Sometimes, life happens to be unexpected – what you need to know in case of cancelation:
If a one-on-ones session is cancelled by you less than 48 hours before the scheduled meeting, 70% of the session investment will be charged. If you cancel your participation eight weeks before the workshop or the first group session, your investment will be fully returned. Please note that your investment cannot be claimed back afterwards. However, if there is somebody on the waiting list willing to take your sport or you know a person, who wants to take your spot, your investment will be returned fully.
If I have to cancel, I will refund your money within seven days. Three days before a workshop or the first session in a group takes place, workshops and groups processes can be canceled due to too few registrations. In case of emergency such as sickness or due to force majeure I can cancel anytime.
