Any challenge and wish you encounter in your life is a valid starting point for and focus of my work with the Pantarei Approach with you. I believe you and your body hold knowledge, insights, and energy in order to master your life with your challenges and your wishes. Your body is an essential, valuable, and unique companion along your journey called life, bringing you close to yourself.
PANTAREI is derived from the ancient Greek words expressed by the philosopher Heraklit: πάντα ῥεῖ - everything flows. These ancient words inspire my work approach, as we invite your (embodied) knowledge, insights, and energy to surface and flow in order to nurture the flow of your life.

We complement the bodily dialogue with words. I want to assure you know how to take your (embodied) knowledge, your insights, and your energy into your everyday life and to make use of them.

Believe me, you are not the only one. Quite often, I hear: Your work with the Pantarei Approach sounds fantastic and you made me curious, but I can’t really grasp it. My response is: Yes, indeed it is a novel approach. From my experience, it is an approach to master your life that usually is not considered and thus, is not tapped into. Once you experienced its power, you might not want to live without it any longer. Simply, because it truly feels like magic – magic inside yourself.
My work with the Pantarei Approach comprises elements that you might know from other places, where you just *breathe, experience and connect to your body*, e.g. during a physical mindful activity such as a guided body scan, where you are *touched* by someone following a specific technique, e.g. massage, or where you only *talk* with someone about how to overcome the challenges of your life, e.g. life coaching.
Or maybe you are familiar with the situation, when you talked with a person you know well about something that was personally challenging or intimate to you, and this person put their hand on your shoulder and/or hugged you. How was that experience for you – have you ever paid attention to how you felt and what you thought?

How do I and my work with the Pantarei Approach accompany you?
We start each session with a verbal dialogue, talking about your challenge and/or wish that brought you to this session. Then, we transfer to the hands-on part, where we will actively involve your body, be it laying down on your back or belly, seated, or standing. According to your individual needs, we will combine your breath, your experience and connection with your body, my touch and our words. We close a session by talking about your somatic experience and your associated thoughts and insights and relating them back to the request for a session. The first session takes 60-90 minutes; the following sessions last approximately 75 minutes.
